What You'll Do
As a Lead Preschool Teacher, you'll play a vital role in creating a classroom where children feel safe, loved, challenged, and excited to learn each day.
You'll:
- Create a warm, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive.
- Foster a lifelong love of learning through hands-on, developmentally appropriate experiences.
- Implement our nationally recognized L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, tailoring instruction to meet each child's individual needs.
- Support children's academic, social, and emotional development through purposeful play and meaningful interactions.
- Build strong partnerships with families by celebrating milestones and maintaining open, consistent communication through conversations and our family engagement app.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and leadership to create an outstanding educational experience.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom that promotes exploration, creativity, and confidence.
- Help cultivate a center culture where children, families, and teachers all feel welcomed, respected, and supported.

Preferred Qualifications
- At least one year of professional teaching experience in an early childhood setting (six months required)
- Associate Degree encouraged to apply only if currently enrolled in ECE Bachelor's Degree program
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Meets all applicable state licensing requirements and willing to undergo Comprehensive Background Check

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year

Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff.
At TLE®, we’ve created a full cast of characters that become our little learners’ educators, partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
